I had Usyk up 8-4. Some close rounds but I don't see how anyone couldn't given Chisora more rounds then Usyk

From what I could tell on Radio 5, Usyk impressive. In control after weathering the inevitable early storm.
I don’t think there were signs here that indicate he would struggle with AJ.
AJ wouldn’t bring it like that early. He didn’t against Ruiz.
Fury? That would be very tactical.

I’m not saying that Usyk won’t struggle vs Fury or Joshua but if Cunningham and Ruiz can cause them problems then so can Usyk.

Respect to Chisora - he stuck in there, came back into it and went the full 12, but I gave him 2 rounds. Deserves a farewell fight.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 20:00 Where do they get all those del rounds from? I thought he only took 1 clear and at best maybe another 1 or 2 if you are generous

Good fight that was, credit Chisora.
Scored it 7-5 personally but could see it wider also by a few.

Tony Bellew must be drunk .
I don’t understand this point of view. Delboy took a beating imo.
Derek didn’t land anything clean, didn’t even wobble Usyk?

I wasn’t scoring but giving Chisora two or three rounds max seems to feel right.
rd 6-9 or around there we saw the superb Usyk but other than that he looked uncomfortable but was winning rounds, uncomfortably...if that makes sense.

Na mate. He was just fücking shouting throughout the whole fight. Was quite annoying tbh.Frostieballs wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 20:17Was Bellew commentating on Sky or for another media outlet?danconnollyeire wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 20:16 Bellew still thinks chisora wonsaying chisora outworked/landed double

which rounds did you give chis, i watched most of it w/o looking at forums or listening to commentatory and i am baffled at people seeing it as a close -ish struggleFightnight Scores wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 20:16 Good fight that was, credit Chisora.

I gave Chisora the first as Usyk basically stood there and looked at him, and I think it was the 11th. That’s it.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 20:20which rounds did you give chis, i watched most of it w/o looking at forums or listening to commentatory and i am baffled at people seeing it as a close -ish struggleFightnight Scores wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 20:16 Good fight that was, credit Chisora.

Why are they giving Bellew who is Chis best pal a platform to try and create controversy?

the whole thing is bizarre
aside from the fact that usyk clearly clearly won, why try to big up the 32-10 guy while saying your hyped hw contender lost?

Re: Round-by-Round: Oleksandr Usyk vs. Derek Chisora - 31 October 2020
Closer fights than that, but neither troubled him like Del in the first two rounds.
I think Usyk proved what we all kinda knew already...
He'll beat everyone up to about Whyte/No.4 ish, but he's just too small for Fury, AJ and the good super-heavies.

they absolutely did, for example Briedis had Usyk clearly hurt, holding, and retreating in the 12th of their fight. much more serious trouble than del ever had him. del basically cuffed him around in a few of the early rounds , that was it

I’m glad, this is pure comedy gold. It’s like when Kim jong il told the North Korean people they’d won the World Cup. Astonishing levels of crap talking herechrisnew86 wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 20:22Pathetic.danconnollyeire wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 20:21 Omg 10 min rant from bellew on chisora winning![]()
