Exactly.
F*ck it, if this is the way things are going, why not go the whole freakshow/pantomime hog and get Mayweather? There's only about two inches height difference. Get Floyd on the gear and he could probably come out of retirement and make 180 or something? Sign the contract that Floyd gets to stay 'unbeaten' but carries Mike a little, Mike's not allowed to bang the little fella out etc. Get Justin Bieber and Lil Wayne on the undercard. The sort of muppets who bought Tyson-Jones would absolutely f*cking hoover that dogshit up, wouldn't they?

Unfortunately, or fortunately depending upon your view, the Tyson v Jones Jr was a far bigger fight financially than Dubois v Joyce.

You can see where this sport is going can't you?

Serves the greedy promoters and those unambitious so-called champions right.

Far too many make vaccuous purse demands but don't deliver, won't deliver, refuse to deliver, and that's why the public doesn't care.

Credit to Joe Joyce and especially Danny Dubois for getting it on and giving the game a worthwhile shot in the arm.

I hope Dubois recovers and can get better coaching, whilst Joyce should start calling out the big boys. Quite a few unemployed right now. How about Chisora next?

Delboy's always keen on an earner, and it's bound to sell.

Shhhhhh!!!!
The powers that be might hear you and it would happen.
The ppv numbers would be mind blowing
Imagine how much some 'balling' fuckwits, mumble rappers and 'YouTube sensations' would pay for ringside seats? I should really get some sort of cut for coming up with this idea. It would generate millions.

Del's still licking his wounds from Usyk and has been vocal in the past that he wants to be well paid to get in the ring with Joyce. I don't think he'll be enticed back into the ring until a crowd is allowed sometime next year, by which point we should know the WBO mandatory situation. Chisora should be looking to get another win against somebody rather than go straight back into another extremely tough fight where he'll likely sustain some nasty damage.

And MY promotion, Floyd Mayweather vs Mike Tyson, could well be the biggest fight ever! #floydvstyson

I've been reading this sort of crap on YouTube since Sunday.

There's people on there claiming that Tyson would beat the current champions based on 16 minutes of light sparring with an old and fat LHW with shot knees who, like Tyson is at least 25 years past his prime.

I'm beginning to think I am living in an alternate universe.

Yeah, had a protracted argument with my mate Dave who I watched it with, who exclaimed loudly that Tyson would 'come back and beat them all.'

Dave watches a lot of boxing too.

It took me a good 30 minutes to talk him down, and convince him he was talking out his blowhole.

In his current state, I doubt he'd win a round against David Price.

Yeah, but I'm not sure he KO's him before he gasses out.

I never watched the Kevin McBride fight. Did he lose the whole way? Or was it like Danny Williams, and he did well early and then gassed out and quit?

He started okay but then kev mauled him and broke him. mcbride was a very chinny guy too and mike couldnt even put him down 15 years ago. mike mollo destroyed mcbride shortly after and prob wouldve beaten that mike too....and that' 15 f@ckin years ao

Me either, I'd take price but if Mike were to beat a recognizable name, that'd be at the top of an extremely short list.

I'm not even sure Tyson beats Evander Holyfield at this point, much less ranked Heavyweights or even some journeyman

You're not a true boxing fan if you haven't watched everyone of the great Kevin McBrides fights.

It's truly staggering.

Mike Tyson appears to be major wank bait on YouTube.

Tyson could release a 5 second clip of himself picking his nose and some of those guys would proclaim off the back of it that Tyson could beat Fury and Joshua in the same night, aged 55!

These people seem to live in an alternate reality where Tyson was never shot and hasn't become old.
