For some reason, Justin Juuko in the 00s, sticks in my mind as one of the most shot looking fighters I've ever seen.

He was brought over as a name for Michael Gomez to defend his WBU belt against, but I don't think anyone expected him to look that bad. It was as if he was trying to use legs for the first time.

A real shame, as in the mid 1990s he was a very good fighter who had some nice wins over here.

Even more shamefully, he was still fighting (and being stopped) nearly a decade after the Gomez fight.

In some ways - Ali vs Berbick was remarkable - as you said it was close and Ali looked so much better than he did vs Holmes. Berbick was limited but was a decent level operator. Ali would have beaten some decent(ish) fighters on that showing.

For the whole fight it would be Ali vs Holmes but of the fights I saw live on TV it would be Ayers vs Jon Honney...where Ayers was shuffling like an old man.

Povetkin vs Whyte 2 was up there as that smelt wrong the minute it was announced he had been hospitalised with covid.

Although by far the saddest fight I saw on tv that I cannot watch again was Graham vs Brewer....so close and the way Graham was more physically trapped than hurt...all he needed to do was stay away and up and the fight was his
