"Chacon vs Sanchez is on. Morales vs Olivares may be the highest rated option"

Which is it. Pick one.

Obviously Sanchez vs McGovern could not be sanctioned as they're both Managed by the same guy. So assuming Sanchez is in, McGovern can't be.

Or vice versa.

I think the IBO title should be discontinued or Attell should be stripped of it. He was never eligible for it in the first place. If neither of those takes place then I step down as President of the IBO because that's what I'd do, and if I can't do things the way I'd do them then being President don't mean much does it?
Ahem.....IF you review the record, there is much there regarding the mistakes that perhaps you and I shared. It can be rectified by ANY DECISIONS YOU WISH TO MAKE BECAUSE YOU ARE THE BIG BAD BURLY BOSS of the IBO. The error was an honest one on your part...and on my part. Go over your own words, they SEEMED to indicate that you were approving of ATTELL request to compete.......I then THOUGHT you said it was a go. It can NOT be undone....so on to the future!

I think it was a series of errors....but honest ones. Attelll can simply have an asterisk around his ascension to the IBO title for the week he held it....sort of Like the Roger Maris asterisk around the Home Run record he held. I am now clear that you will not be changing the rules.....as I had errantly assumed. Does this help?
Which thread was it even in? I didn't even notice Attell had challenged for the IBO.

So it's on to the Future then...does that mean a Box Off for the vacant IBO Title?
If I can be installed as the WBA President I have a very WBA way to solve this issue and make it fair.

Attell would be elevated to WBA Interim Champion based on his fight against fight against Linares being retroactively recognised by the WBA as a interim title fight after Mr Techno 'remembered' he had forgotten to pay the sanctioning fee after the fight had already taken place.

Of course the WBA champion whomever that may be does not as is the WBA way have to defend against the interim champion unless he really wants to, and the WBA would never force him to unless his manager was paying his monthlys well before they're due.

Sanchez vs Chacon has already been signed by Buzz and me for this week. It can be for the vacant IBO or not, I'll be happy either way. But I probably wouldn't accept Sanch facing someone else for the title this week.

Believing Arguello's stated interest in facing McG will survive until next week, my plan for him was to keep him winning (hopefully, vs Teddy Davis) so that if Arg is still champ after this week the title fight will be there to be made. I would be reluctant (but ultimately persuadable) to change my plans for McGovern vs Morales II for the IBO, but would refuse facing Olivares or Jordan this week.

Dunno if that adds any clarity.

Sanchez and Chacon are both right in line to be fighting for the IBO Title. So if that fight is already signed and agreed upon I hereby sanction it as the Bout to fill the Vacancy for the title.

Vicente Saldivar is open to offers regarding his first defence of the WBO featherweight title as it seems Sanchez is already tied up.

Sure.....You can even allow MMA fighters to compete......I could bring Conor McGregor in if you wish (if the IBO has the cash to pay him....don't look for a loan here.) ....Thats what being the boss means.
Short of cash? We here at Burger King TM Promotions will lend you the money! Let’s get Connor on The Sim

Armstrong is interested if this offer is still available.
I haven't seen any other responds, so be happy with receiving your ticket to the whooping adventure.

The Best There Is vs Armstrong, it's on!
Best of luck......... :TU:

I'll keep an eye out in case something changes it with commish week.
Armstrong Needs a fight...as Jofre is the likely opponent in this.......Nelson has the other slot for championship activity.

Not sure who is still looking this week, so just throw Armstrong in with Steven Luevano.

So, who is going to be fed to Arguello, Jofre or Nelson. I'd pick Nelson, who hasn't fought The Best There Is before.

Arguello will be defending his World Championship against Henry Armstrong. It was agreed on previous pages.

In his defense, he just wandered up and stole it.....Just like Driscoll was about to, before Abe beat him to it.

Yeah I sorta did torpedo it. Armstrong lost the toss.....Nelson and Jofre are Mandatories.....lot's of words here...so lots of confusion. Including Crease not making a decision regarding Nelson's choice of belts. However I do like DrDuke's suggestion.....so that will be my decision.

ARguello will face Nelson.

Which Leaves Jofre fighting for the IBF vs Saldivar......that's it for the belts for this week.

I think this may leave McGovern needing a fight?

Ok....in one last little bit of oversight.....Jofre will have his choice NEXT WEEK as a mandatory for any belt he chooses.

Armstrong's name has appeared as Arguello's opponent.....so I'm good with that...though not quite sure how it happened I do accept it. I had literally tossed a coin between Armstrong and Jofre as to who would get this....and hopefully no one will be feeling imposed upon. That is not my intent at all.

I'm ok with all the matches that appear and will run them now. If there are any fighters left without a fight, those fights will be run before we go on to the second half of the season. Beginning Event#16.

After a quick review.....Looks like Jofre will need an Event#15 fight before we move on to Event 16.

Jofre will then have his choice of belts to vye for in Event #16. Other than that it's back to champions making the decisions as to who they face.

Gilgamesh says he has abandoned his post..... his fighters will continue their careers under the guidance of "SimGilga" This energy will be appropriately channeled. This represents the first simulated manager in the history of the Sim. It had to happen. And now it has.

If "SimGilga's" reality based persona should return, he may do so.........but in his absence his simulated computer generated version will carry on in his wake.
