that is hardly a lock for hof resume

keith thurman beat danny and porter before spence did, beat plenty of other recognizable names too. is he close to hof?
How many other former world champs did Thurman beat compared to Spence.
Errol Spence Jr’s (former/current) world champion opposition = Chris Algieri, Kell Brook, Lamont Peterson, Mikey Garcia, Shawn Porter & Danny Garcia.

Keith Thurman’s (former:current) world champion opposition = Carlos Quintana, Jan Zaveck, Julio Diaz, Robert Guerrero, Luis Collazo, Shawn Porter, Danny Garcia and Manny Pacquiao.
I did say beat so Pacquaio probably should come off.

• Ivan Calderon
• Joel Casamayor
• Sot Chitalada
• Diego Corrales
• Miguel Cotto

Better resume than a lot on here not going to go through but Ottke, Chris John, Michalewski, even would debate Ayala, Paz

Every fighter I listed HAS NOT been inducted into the IBHoF.

If you sincerely believe that Spence Jr's resume/accomplishments fails surpass every single one of the names listed above, which is literally what you've just admitted, then you almost certainly believe he's not Hall-of-Fame worthy.

So your counter-argument has back-fired, because you've just ADMITTED that Errol Spence Jr. is DEFINITELY NOT Hall-of-Fame worthy. :TU:

It's kind of weird to see someone desperately trying to argue with me, but inadvertently agreeing with me!

It took a while for you to take the bait, but it's good to see you contradicting yourself after finally biting! :yay:

So the entire thread (you created) has been a complete waste of time, then?

Why would you name all those guys like some of them will never get into the HOF. Quite a few will at given time. He doesn't have to behind all those guys in no certain order. You also left guys in the HOF who his resume is better than which also helps his case. The thread been a waste of time but you wasting you time responding to it.

I listed fighters whose names are listed on the IBHoF ballot every single year, yet fail to get inducted.

Well...I mean it is a Hall of FAME. Not a Hall of Achievement.

Generally the 2 things go hand in hand. Not always though.

No way is Spence at the top of this list right now. Beat Pacquiao then Crawford and go and do something then maybe.

Cotto, Toney, W Vazquez, even Froch are way more deserving right now.

As an aside Froch should be nowhere near a hall of fame based on ability and results but I can’t think of anyone in recent years who took on the whose who of their weight division and that definitely deserves credit,

Josh Taylor is on the same trajectory, avoiding no one. Boxing needs more of this. These super talented fighters at 135 drive me insane right now. What an opportunity they are all missing to make themselves rich and make themselves legends.
