Think I saw Cunningham was 1/10 earlier.

Got a sneaking suspicion Andrade might just break Williams down late on (It's possible Williams cuts up bad too). Andrade stoppage rounds 9-12 is 8/1.

Part of me wants to fire up another bet, I'll take 1 and done though. In the green for a weekend is always my friend.

Let's get back to what I do best, make losing underdog bets to keep fights fun, ha! Made two small plays:

Berlanga/Nicholson over 1.5 (+155)
Adorno/Ortiz under 6.5 (+250)

Betting record since summer of 2019:
High- 2-0
Medium- 13-6
Small- 8-7
2021 overall- 7-7

Richards/Bivol under 7.5 (+115)

Betting record since summer of 2019:

High- 2-0
Medium- 13-6
Small- 9-8

2021 overall- 8-8

0-2!

Once the first round started, I have no idea what Joel Ortiz has done to Figs. I would have live bet Ramos immediately, if I could.

I debated on the Fundora/Lara/Bivol unders, but went with Bivol for the + money. Should have just laid a little more for a win.

On to next week....... :salut:

Not a lot of action that jumps out this weekend. I went with:

Davis vs Meza under 3.5 (-115)

Played it small, for something to cheer for. Flying a little blind, but know Davis is a good prospect. Good Am's back ground and has looked capable in his first two fights. Meza from what I've seen on film, is nowhere near the talent of Davis, He's lost to some really crap fighters, has no incoming for Davis to worry about either.

My only fear is that Meza either has a great chin or runs around the ring the whole duration of the fight, not attempting to fight at all. He'll have a height advantage, and will be blocking high, but Davis is a solid body puncher. If he invests early and applies some pressure in round one, I think Meza wilts...

Going with:
Loma Decision prop (even)
Lubin/Rosario under 10.5 (even)
Brant Decision (+425)

It's hard to see Loma getting the stoppage, unless on cuts. Masa went the distance with Lopez and walked thru hell against Verdejo. I might have the wrong read on the 154 encounter, but somebody should be getting stopped. Both guys have shown power and chin issues. Middle of the 11th is a long way to go in that fight. Lubin is more skilled and has the edge, but a minor upset isn't out of the realm. Brant's worth a stab, odds wise. I went med/med/small.

Tank fight is interesting. Barrios has power, is the bigger man, and has will power. Tank was getting hit clean by Cruz, though had an explosive KO. At 135, he barely stopped a one legged Gamboa. How does he fair at 140? Just going to enjoy that one. Enjoy the fights everybody!!

Betting record since summer of 2019:

High- 2-0
Medium- 13-6
Small- 9-10

2021 overall- 8-11

Think Loma at just over evens for the points win is a good one. Couldn't stop Campbell and the japs a tough basic fighter who went distance with teo. Don't see him getting stopped :bag:

My thinking as well. Unless this is stopped on a cut or some oddity, I think it goes to a decision.

I'm on that Lubin Under 10.5 as well....along with Tank Over 8.5 -130

I understand why you like the Loma Over, I considered playing it myself. My fear is that the old "No Mas" Loma shows up and forces a mercy or outclassed stoppage (referee steps in, corner retirement, etc)....or maybe Naka quits on his stool. On paper it goes the distance, but I left it alone

Good luck...keep the thread going...I'll play along

Anytime I post on Mad, it's an L, ha! My luck there when I post is non-existent. Brant was worth a small stab, but he looked bewildered. Loma looked great tonight. Basically split, so can't complain. Fun night of fights.

Three kd's in round one. Ref then stopped the fight a second after round 2 bell before any punches thrown. Really strange.

I'm sure that was some thoughts. Just never remember seeing that. The guy came out for round 2 and the ref simply didn't like what he saw. Still not sure if the 3 kd rule was waived for this fight. Like I said, very strange.
