Re: Manny Pacquiao vs. Yordenis Ugas - August 21, 2021
after seeing this comment i payed closer attention at the weigh ins, the outside of his left bicept definatly had a weird lump in it. dosent look great to be going into the biggest fight of his carrer. (that said, havent gone down the rabbit hole too deep, mabey he always has a wonky left bicept.)margaret thatcher wrote: ↑20 Aug 2021, 15:04 i saw recent training photos of ugas and he had something really wonky going on his with left arm, like biggely swollen bicep

obviously something wrong with his arm, maybe he injured it but the opportunity is simply too good to pull out of, plus a lot of ppl would lose a lot of money if he did

well Iv bet on him by KO.... so i hope thatsits just a bit of extra roids in that arm rather than a bicept tear...margaret thatcher wrote: ↑20 Aug 2021, 20:39 obviously something wrong with his arm, maybe he injured it but the opportunity is simply too good to pull out of, plus a lot of ppl would lose a lot of money if he did

I wanted the see the Pac Man upset Errol Spence in vintage form. Alas I’ll settle for the highlights. The wife agreed to let me watch the bare knuckle card tonight and go to the ballpark for a game on Sunday.. she possesses dominion of our television this Saturday night.

agree with the kiwiman, i wasnt that interested in manny-spence because i expected spence to win pretty easy, but i see this as much more competitive and have struggled to pick a winner

I am leaning 55/45 Pac.
I would have bet on Spence, but this fight I'm keeping my wallet closed

Same stuff. I lean towards Pac, but who knows actually.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑21 Aug 2021, 02:04 agree with the kiwiman, i wasnt that interested in manny-spence because i expected spence to win pretty easy, but i see this as much more competitive and have struggled to pick a winner![]()

Re: Manny Pacquiao vs. Yordenis Ugas - August 21, 2021
To me the smart money bet is on Pac. Ugas is a very talented boxer, but doesn't have the punch volume to win on the cards, nor the body attack that Spence has. Close rounds will go to Manny. Aside from a KO, I think he's losing a decision, especially with his obviously comprimised left arm.
Re: Manny Pacquiao vs. Yordenis Ugas - August 21, 2021
Maybe Ugas just injected steroids in his left bicep to have powah in it, that's why it's so bulked up and Ugas will KO Pac with the left hook. ![[icon_e_surprised.gif] :oo](./images/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif)
Re: Manny Pacquiao vs. Yordenis Ugas - August 21, 2021
The Ugas jab at Spence, referring to his own health issues not keeping from fighting, makes sense now.
Re: Manny Pacquiao vs. Yordenis Ugas - August 21, 2021
Not buying it at $75. Hopefully it will be on my Russian propaganda feed.
Re: Manny Pacquiao vs. Yordenis Ugas - August 21, 2021
Ugas has to try and swarm Pac early and hope age has ruined his chin because that arm looks like it will bother him after a few rounds
Re: Manny Pacquiao vs. Yordenis Ugas - August 21, 2021
I disagree. Ugas should potshot from distance for the first third of the fight and slowly turn up the pressure, IMO, not allowing Pac to clip him early. Later rounds Ugas should step it up with hard rights to Pac’s bod and then come up top with a howitzer, similar to what JMM did on the first KD in the fourth fight with his lefts to the bod.
None of it will matter if Ugas left arm is totally trashed.

400zł (+100$) went for Ugas. 200 by PTS (5.00), 200 by KO (12.00).margaret thatcher wrote: ↑20 Aug 2021, 15:06pac is a cozy betting fave, you should throw some cash on ugas if you like his chancesaicheligad wrote: ↑20 Aug 2021, 07:34 Ugas is a favourite of course but I wouldn't be shocked if Pacquiao wins (especially if by robbery).

Look at my post above. Hopefully I'm gonna win like when I've bet on Joyce win vs Dubois in rounds 10-12 and when I have predicted the whole card of Joshua vs Pulev eventgregregegg wrote: ↑20 Aug 2021, 17:15I hope you like gambling if you belive that. because bookies have manny as a strong favorite.aicheligad wrote: ↑20 Aug 2021, 07:34 Ugas is a favourite of course but I wouldn't be shocked if Pacquiao wins (especially if by robbery).
Re: Manny Pacquiao vs. Yordenis Ugas - August 21, 2021
I just think his arm looks a bit too odd to be ok. Up to 12 rounds with that would be tough.ironbeard wrote: ↑21 Aug 2021, 11:06I disagree. There are photos of Ugas with the same lump on his bicep during previous fights. If it was any sort of injury, he wouldn't have signed to fight Maidana, much less Pacquiao. It'll be no factor.

The fact that it's in Las Vegas and Moretti & Weisfeld are the scorecard judges isn't promising.
