DeOntay is ready to make fast progress as he has already taken the first steps of recovery. Charlie is going to be a longer process to deprogram. I will have to throw hands with him several times to set him back straight and keep things in order. The Gratest wrote: ↑15 Oct 2021, 17:44
200-0 baby!!!
The man's an animal, he'd do anything for a win. He'd have chewed up and spat out Money Messer if they'd ever have fought. It's just as well that fight never took place.
How about putting up a video of you actually fighting? No? Why's that? Because you've never actually fought.
It would've been one of Charlie Z's easiest victories and that's saying something.
I think most everybody on the planet willing to throw a punch most likely would win against Charlie Zelenoff. I remember when he first started coming around the boxing forums and everybody got pissed off at Stacy Goodson getting him a sure-fire easy win in his pro debut.
The kid kept talking about having amateur fights ((untrue btw)) and talked so much that we all groaned he was getting a match with someone 1-13-0, because he'd be bragging forever about how good of a boxer he was, etc.
Then the unthinkable happened. The kid choked. He honestly thought all he had to do was land one punch and would get a knockout. Apparently the "750 hook" carried as much power as a girls sleepover slumber party pillow fight. Then he got knocked right through the ropes and essentially all of his ego disappeared and he quit.
Despite all the talk to the contrary anytime a fight was offered to him again he found a way to back out before it could ever be made. He never wanted to really fight ever again, not for real or for keeps anyway.
