The first Chisora fight was close and could have gone either way but there can surely be no argument about the crushing knockout in the second fight even if Whyte had to come from behind (if you'll pardon the phrase).H8Usernames wrote: ↑21 Sep 2021, 09:07 I'm not a Dillian Whyte fan. I hate the way the Chisora fights were given to him. His prefight antics prior to those fights, the lousy performance vs AJ and last but not least all the b1tching and whining from him and his fans about how he is entitled to this or that which he is not. That being said Otto is on paper a hugely dangerous opponent sort of a high risk low reward kind of guy and Dillian is doing the brave thing by fighting him.
There can be little doubt that Whyte has earned the respect of fans probably doing several times more to earn a title shot than most of those who got one. He has earned good money and he's a wealthy man but he's done that by fighting a succession of contenders and fringe contenders and entertained while beating them.
People sneer at Lucas Browne but before Dillian knocked him TF out he was unbeaten and had won a version of the world title in the champion's back yard. It was every bit as risky as the Wallin fight.
If Whyte were to flatten Wallin in one round, the Swede will be regarded as a joke and Whyte given little credit, but it doesn't change the fact that just as Browne was, Wallin is considered a very risky opponent before the fight.
I know you don"t like him much so fair play to you for giving him some credit.
