If the Bridger weight champion boxes the heavyweight champion box each other and weigh under 224lbs does the heavyweight champion lose the heavy title?

I know I shouldn't take it seriously, it could be such a fun division though. I love the WBSS Cruiserweight tourney and this could be a natural progression for those aging (non Usyk) cruisers and to who know I could see Usyk being tempted if Joshua lands on him at Heavyweight in the rematch.

On a side, saw clips and pics of Oscar Rivas in this title fight - has he been thoroughly PED tested?
