It's sarcasm because I've had to put up with it for 13 years all because I'm friends with a traveller.stevec@france wrote: ↑17 Dec 2021, 07:43playing the colour card is a really skanky low blow .mickey1975 wrote: ↑16 Dec 2021, 16:00 The amount of Lewis fanboys on here who only like him because they want to be black is shocking. I think you really do imagine that though Mick - I think you may get baited a bit because you typically mention Wharton or travellers in pretty much every thread you reply on.
Almost as predictable as that fella who used to mention Eubank or post a Eubank quote a few months back.

Is that Eubank obsessive guy still posting? He’s genuinely the only person on the B&I board who I’ve ever put on ignore.tonyevs wrote: ↑17 Dec 2021, 11:00 I think you really do imagine that though Mick - I think you may get baited a bit because you typically mention Wharton or travellers in pretty much every thread you reply on.

he posted in the history section the other day, another eubank jerk off post which he kept editing to add more detail like he was writing some erotica and getting off to it or something. i replied and some mod deleted my postBoxerbeetle wrote: ↑17 Dec 2021, 11:46Is that Eubank obsessive guy still posting? Is he banned off the British site now? he got into another heated argument last time i seen .. no doubt with a Eubank connection.
Was he actually one of Eubanks kids or something? if he/she was only a fan, the obsession was bordering on the scary side.

I'm at a Henry's Gym show tonight where the majority of fighters will be traveller's. I'll then be going home to my non traveller wife and five kids. In a house. Shall I just keep it off here if I see a good kid who's from a gypsy background to avoid offending people?

Re: Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk - Anytime anyplace anywhere
I've been mates with travellers for 35 years; they got me into boxing. But just because they're a minority doesn't mean I can't dislike the majority. It's okay to like Andy Lee but not Fury or Saunders. Hughie seems all right.
Although I do think Tyson's the classic ‘gentleman until he drinks’, except with him it's boxing rather than alcohol. I think we'd probably get on great talking about most other stuff. Cos I've got time for the eejit who went arse over tit trying to vault a gate, but for the dude who shouts the odds about men born from their mothers, not so much.
Criticising his record's fair game at this point. You can believe he'd beat x, y and z, but he hasn't yet. The only heavy with a top-notch record right now, based on what he could've achieved and has, is Usyk. How that pans out we'll see.

He's only beaten Chaz, Del and AJ at heavyweight.Grilling Machine wrote: ↑17 Dec 2021, 20:32 I've been mates with travellers for 35 years; they got me into boxing. Once again there's lots of details in there which isn't relevant - unless you intentionally drawing attention to travellers .. which only contradicts what you say you unhappy about; that travellers get singled out and get stick.mickey1975 wrote: ↑17 Dec 2021, 15:12 I'm at a Henry's Gym show tonight where the majority of fighters will be traveller's. Tested the waters and then beaten a gatekeeper and a champ in his first three fights. Might get found out when he quits padding.
(Gassiev's a top 15 heavy for some, as well. Potentially.)
