playing the colour card is a really skanky low blow . :shame:
I can only speak fro myself and know that my view of a boxers acheivements is based on who they beat and how .

EG I like :

Usyk
AJ
Calzaghe
Lewis
Breidis
OKolie
Josh Taylor
Joyce

to name very few .
It's sarcasm because I've had to put up with it for 13 years all because I'm friends with a traveller.

I think you really do imagine that though Mick - I think you may get baited a bit because you typically mention Wharton or travellers in pretty much every thread you reply on.

Almost as predictable as that fella who used to mention Eubank or post a Eubank quote a few months back.

Is that Eubank obsessive guy still posting? He’s genuinely the only person on the B&I board who I’ve ever put on ignore.

A better shout than many give him credit for. I'm not convinced that Fury can move like he once could, and Joyce is a lot more robust than Wilder.

Is he banned off the British site now? he got into another heated argument last time i seen .. no doubt with a Eubank connection.

Was he actually one of Eubanks kids or something? if he/she was only a fan, the obsession was bordering on the scary side.

I'm at a Henry's Gym show tonight where the majority of fighters will be traveller's. I'll then be going home to my non traveller wife and five kids. In a house. Shall I just keep it off here if I see a good kid who's from a gypsy background to avoid offending people?

I've been mates with travellers for 35 years; they got me into boxing. But just because they're a minority doesn't mean I can't dislike the majority. It's okay to like Andy Lee but not Fury or Saunders. Hughie seems all right.

Although I do think Tyson's the classic ‘gentleman until he drinks’, except with him it's boxing rather than alcohol. I think we'd probably get on great talking about most other stuff. Cos I've got time for the eejit who went arse over tit trying to vault a gate, but for the dude who shouts the odds about men born from their mothers, not so much.

Criticising his record's fair game at this point. You can believe he'd beat x, y and z, but he hasn't yet. The only heavy with a top-notch record right now, based on what he could've achieved and has, is Usyk. How that pans out we'll see.

He's only beaten Chaz, Del and AJ at heavyweight.

Once again there's lots of details in there which isn't relevant - unless you intentionally drawing attention to travellers .. which only contradicts what you say you unhappy about; that travellers get singled out and get stick.

An edited version could have said:

Ps. I hope you had a nice evening too Mick.

Tested the waters and then beaten a gatekeeper and a champ in his first three fights. Might get found out when he quits padding. :OhYes:

(Gassiev's a top 15 heavy for some, as well. Potentially.)
