yea it is naturaly , especially if he has lifted weights before , a natural lifter can look to gain about 40 pounds of muscle ever, most will come from newbie gains as a young man in early 20s after in your 30s you will be happy to gain a few pounds of muscle again unless your a real body builder , wheres he fit the boxing in
You'd have to be incredibly naive to think Usyk's body recomposition from cruiserweight to heavyweight wasn't fueled by a big fat stack of PED's. The Holyfield blueprint. The PED's both massively assist with size and strength gains, and also quite importantly maintain muscle mass when trying to get bodyfat down to be at least in the ballpark of 10-12%,

He was about 215 when he was a cruiser weight and thats watching his diet. if your 215 on a restricted diet, and you unrestrict it, is it outragous to put in 3 lb of mucle and 3lb of fat over 3 years... because honestly if you look at usyk, thats about the extent of his "Body recomposition"... People act like he put on 20 lbs of mucel overnight.... he was never really 200lbs, he cut water weight to 200lbs.

That said, i dont know if he is on PEDS, he is an elite athlete so there is a fair chance. But his "body transformation" is absolutly not evidence of that.
i think the most experince weight lifters dream of putting on 3 pounds of muscle, i dont want to call him out , the only fighter recently was khan when he looked puffy bit flab for saul fight

They dream of putting on 3 lbs of mucel because they are at the elite levle of putting on mucle. Usyk has been activly trying not to put to much mucle on most of his carrerr, so when he takes the restrictions of and starts slight stregnth training he is unlocking gains he has activly been puting off.

The weight lifter example is not aplicable, there trying to improve something they have maxed out. Elite 100m runners dream of taking .2 seconds of there 100m time. If i start sprint training i could drop a full second in a couple of weeks.

But have you gone from a restricted diet making weight to an unristricted one without weight constrictions, because its a pretty unique situation.

Look im not exersize scientist however I know a powerlifter who is not on any gear, who lifted for years at 90KGs, because of this he limmited his eating, and trained accordingly and was reallly fornicating good at the weight. At 30 he decided fornicate that and went opens, he would of put on 5+lbs of mucel, and improved his lifts by 10-20KG each in a couple of years... Its very rare to see because it dosent happen in pro sport often, but when you allow yourself to max out a diet crazy shit can happens.

People hit plateaus in sport, and those cant be passed without big changes. Normaly those changes are roids. But they can be allowing a heavy caloric surplus that your body has been deprived of for years.

As i said i dont know what usyk has done, But what i do know is allowing yourself to max out a diet when you havent done that in years and years and years can do some radical things.

Fury is getting a 30 million dollar purse and to give Dillian his title shot other than a predictable whooping.

My biggest question for this fight is what will Fury weigh?

Fury is probably best heavyweight in the world when he is nimble. and Fury is good enough to beat wilder when he is borderline plodding.

Will fury try be his elusive best? is he disciplined enough to be that again in his carrer. Or will he back himself to plod dillian. I think he wins either way, but its an interesting question and one whyte must be pulling his hair out over when trying to figure his preparation.

It's heavyweight boxing, nothing is ever 100% predicable.
A broken hand, or other injury. A cut caused by a punch. Cripes, Whyte could land a lucky punch as well.
I know all that can happen at any weight, but it happens more with the bigger blokes.
Whyte will be Fury's 3rd best opponent and second best boxer he has faced.

You are correct. People citing steroid abuse for Usyk's almost non-existent change are mental.

ya kinda a weird guy for to go after for ped body transformation. omg ripped 210 in ring at cruiser to a clearly softer 220 in ring at hw! how incredibly amazing a transformation!

im sure there's a good chance, like many boxers (such as tyson fury and dill pickle here), that he uses, but if that's the case he probably did it at cruiser already anyway. if you're willing to use to add size, why not to reap other benefits?

Was always going to be a struggle to win this one but they made FW pay more than they were originally looking at and he’s made them take a bigger risk at the gate (originally looking at Cardiff City Stadium to now somewhere much bigger) and taking a big chance going PPV mid afternoon in the US.

Exactly. They are saying it because proven drug cheat Tyson Fury is saying it. Usyk cut to weigh in at cruiser, so he was ballpark 212lb as a cruiser. He's put on a few pounds of fat and muscle by eating and training. Nobody knows what anybody is doing but Usyk's 'body transformation' is negligible. It's a ready made excuse. I doubt he's doing anything different than he's ever done apart from eating more.
