I definitely hope the Klitschko's and Usyk survive this whole ordeal safely. A tremendous act of bravery on these guys' part.

A bloke on Twitter took his hat off to Wlad, Vitali and Usyk going to fight. He said AJ would be trying to negotiate step aside money with Putin.....

Thats an image I thought I could never see .
Vitali K having to risk being shot to defend his country in the face of appalling russian agression .
I wonder how long it will be for the Poles to go and join in - they have more reason than any other to hate russia .

Thats a very sad picture of another very brave person. With his money and position of mayor of Kyiv he could have got himself to the West and claimed to be organising a resistance .. and not lost any face. But there he is taking position to risk everything. How many of us would do the same for our country? how many of our politicians would grab a gun and head to the front?

Those Ukranian`s have more than their share of very brave people for sure.

Zelensky is another superhero for staying put. I can think of a certain western "leader" who'd be in the Bahamas by now.

It's very sad on many levels that politicians like Klitschko and Zelensky, who are very likely going to die to defend their country, are so very different from our western politicians.

Our politicians are all career parasites who will rob and cheat us all to feather their own nest.

I'm pretty sure they're old photos. Usyk was with Phelps two days ago looking nothing like he does in the pics.

Whatever the reason Russia has no right to invade another country. Just like America had no right to invade Iraq.

Klitschko, a 50 year old, being forced to take up arms in what is going to be an onslaught.

I can’t believe people are knocking them or denying what they are doing? I don’t even get the point in doing that.

On the subject of Usyk, he has explained he was in the UK to promote a new boxing game. He has now returned home to fight.

They are all far braver than me and I don’t mind admitting it. I don’t think I have it in me to stand on the front line.

It's great pr. Are they really going to put those three on the frontline?
It was great when Phelps asked Usyk if there was any chance of the AJ rematch taking place in The Ukraine. That's up the with Smith's bomber comment.

It appears pretty clear those three are there of their own choice - any of them could have avoided being there. And they will all be on the frontline once the Russian troops arrive because they won't have anyway of avoiding it - they will be trapped.

Fury fan or not; you can't deny the bravery of Usyk the Klitschko's .. and all the others defending their city.

Where do I mention Fury or take a swipe at Usyk, who, by the way, I'm a big fan of?
