What’s he got to protect? He’s been open about it, if Bob hadn’t said publicly he was getting paid directly by DK would anyone even know about it? He’s already in the US so if anything was happening to him it would be happening already.

I think Bob dropped a bollock in mentioning the $1m payments. He might be a smart bloke and lawyer but he puts his foot in it more and more each year (like his comments about no one wanting to watch women’s boxing when he’s promoting one of the best - whether true or not it’s not going to do his business any favours).

He’s mentioned the $1m payments, said that Tyson wasn’t involved but I’m sure if he’s pushed by the relevant authorities hard enough then the story would change as why would Bob be paying DK if he wasn’t involved with Fury.

How could Fury possiblly not know about the payments. He was seen hanging around with Kinahan in Dubai and clearly looking like mates. You'd hardly think he wouldn't know. I think that part of the story was where he just went a little too far.

Paying DK $1m for Fury to fight Tom Schwarz on non-US PPV is a good chunk of money.

Very little seems to be on the horizon for Probellum. From what I can see on Boxrec they don’t have any shows lined up where they’re the main promoter and just have one co- promotion (with Kynoch boxing in June in Scotland) on the horizon.

Is it just a matter of time before it gets wound up? I can’t imagine the McCormacks/McGrail being too happy as they need fights on the regular now they’ve turned over.

Let's say somebody called El Chapohanrahanrahan approaches a promoter and says "How'd you like to make 100k for five minutes work?"

"You will receive $1.1m dollars for tickets via a series of anonymous cash or crypto payments".

"Separate to that *wink wink* you will pay me a £1m dollar fee for consultancy/advisory work to help make the fight".

"The balance is yours for your trouble".

As I understand it that's pretty much what the Yanks think has happened and variations thereof and why even Old Bob should be twitching.
