I origonlay thought they got him to fight whyte and lure others over. But mabey its all the parker vs joyce angle.
There are 3 options (that i can see) when it comes to WBO mandatories.
-Joyce challanges a champion. (bad for parker and sky).
-Joyce vs parker gets called for an elliminator. (decent for Parker, Good for sky cause they can bid at a decent PPV).
-Joyce vs parker gets called for the vacant title. (great for Parker, great for sky, because they can bid at a big PPV).
2 of the 3 options have good potential for sky to steal joyce away from frank for a card. I still think they mainly want whyte, but the joyce angle is a handy bonus.

Yeh. Sky know Parker is in a good position and more or less on a mandatory position.gregregegg wrote: ↑18 Jun 2022, 17:51 I origonlay thought they got him to fight whyte and lure others over. But mabey its all the parker vs joyce angle.

Worst case is purse bids and seen as they have invested in Parker now, they can bid big.
Frank’s got some deepish pockets.
He bid over $2m for Bryan-DDD.. obviously lost out to DK.
