Watch round 10 in isolation and I can't see how you don't give that to Baumgardner. For 1 min 30 Mayer doesn't land a power shot and Baumgardner lands more than a few. Then they trade for the last part of the round.

Totally agree and that was the pattern of the fight.
Neither did much but the few hard shots landed were mainly from Da Bomb.

Surprising result. I don’t hate the decision but I thought Mayer deserved it.

Yeah I had it 96-94 Baum, think a few others had it the same and obviously you and a few others had it the same the other way.

I think we need to stop crying robbery when fights are literally decided on how you score 1 close round (probably fair to say that is how close this one was.)

Agreed. It wasn’t a robbery. It was a close fight where one fighter throw more albeit softer shots compared with the lower quantity of heavier shots by AB. It wasn’t how I saw the fight but that doesn’t make the judges wrong.

I can’t see another round that you can give Baumgardner other than 1, 2 & 7. To give her 2 more & a share of a third seems ludicrous.

Unless we’re now scoring for taunting your opponent whilst eating jabs.
