Closer than should have been IMO but they picked the correct winner

Shields comfortably in the end. Fury not offering much in the corner in my opinion.

Marshall looked way out of her depth. Expected more from her.

did watch but sounds like went exactly as expected. savvy was a slow plodder beating up much smaller, older washer women

her best win prior was probably hannah rankin - look how tel marshall came up and schooled her

shields far better

I’d happily watch a rematch but I can’t see how Marshall can ever be quick enough or fit enough to win.

And Shields took a few solid shots flush with zero effect.

Perhaps if Savannah had fought more quality fighters before this it would have helped but she stepped up about 4 levels tonight.
The problem for Savannah is there just isn't many other quality fighters in their weight class.
Christina Hammer and perhaps Hanna Gabriel's at her best, but otherwise the girls Savannah has fought are as good as any of the rest.

Comfortable win for the Gwoat , they could fight a million times and Marshall wouldn't come out on top .
No need for a rematch other than the fact there's not that many quality fighters in the women's division.
Still can't stand the gobby yank tho .

Fury wasn’t helpful.

CS did slow a little.. but she started off really fast.

Can't believe anyone has that close
You only gotta score 2 close rounds different in a fast action 2minuter.
I had it 96-95 CS - that's one and a half rounds different from the judge average. AND I kinda felt that perhaps CS deserved a little more from the fight as a whole.
Again, no need for "robbery" talk.

It was either a close win for CS or a wide win for CS :maybe:
and the judges got the right winner.. :salut:

You are IJL and I claim my £5 🤣🤣
I am not the referee!

I definitely understand it going to Shields by a couple of rounds, I just felt she was a bit shoeshiny and Marshall hurt her a couple of times before smothering her follow-ups. Even 2:30 rounds would've helped.

Things were looking a bit closer when Shields was slowing in the last 1/3rd of the fight, but there is still a gulf between them. Both in hand speed and skills.

That’s insane I seen someone got 6/4 and WillHill. I got 8/11 part of an acca.

Is Shields the only world champion to have beaten everyone they have faced amateur and pro?

Who's calling a robbery?

It was a clear Shields win and that was reflected in the scorecards
