I can’t find a better up and comer in boxing.
with his talent he shouldnt even be an up and comer anymore. his ppl gotta get him some better fights. put him in with thurman or someone like that. there are good fights for him within pbc that should be makeable

if big al made the right deal, sure

jaron's got 30+ fights and is what, 26 now? still young, but his career isnt really advancing atm. in the old days a talent like him would already be a multi division champ who fought the elite, not an up and comer who hasnt fought anyone in the top 10

Lipenets and the Canadian are probably close to as good as current Thurman. They are decent names short of Ortiz, Spence , craw, ugas.

But agree I want boots in with one of them ^

There's arm punches which we are all familiar with.
Andrade is perfecting the forearm power punch which doesn't take too many people out.
He won easy on the cards and there's a side of me that thinks he carried Nicholson.
Same time considering how many stoppages Nicholson had coming in then he should have done more.
Andrade is big on short sharp exchanges, his athletic positioning in the ring for his record isn't good. 32-0 without some stellar stay at home boxer taking him apart by this point, maybe the pool is thin in the quality department.

What the hell is Andrade looking for? He surely won't fight Plant, Benavidez or Canelo and Charlo will surely not fight him. It's a goddamn shame since I really like him.

Really fun fight. Flashy stuff by Ellis. Power by Villa. He never gave up. Kept trying. Hell of a final round.

Slow start for a fight, but it was nice overall. I had it draw.

I'm satisfied with the Villa win, the ref missed a KD in the 12th, it should have been 3 instead of 2.

I must say I would have been fine with a draw or the actual scores we got because the fight was that close. It is very rare to see competent judges, we are so used to having wacky judges or one of the 3 judges veering off with a wide card.

Good Scrap

Haha been a big year alright. Ment decent fighter.

Yes Thurman is a wayyyyyy better name. Just don’t think he is a big step up from those guys.

I also think if boots bashed him up people would say “he is old and always injured”.

Boots Thurman would be a decent earner probably, but I think boots is ready Spence or craw Or Ortiz.

I’d like Ortiz Vs Thurman.

Agree, was worried he was going to get screwed on the cards. And I'm now pleasantly surprised, yay boxing 2023 :yay:

Boots wasting his career in these fights.
None of the champions will ever call him out.
The only way Ennis is gettia shot is to force a mandatory.
