So many fights over the years don't happen or happen 5year after they matter

Who even is he?
Well there you have it" Even if Usyk took zero, there still wouldn't be enough money to pay Tyson what he wants".big lennox wrote: ↑08 Mar 2023, 19:10 Really good insight into the negotiations with Uysk's promoter:
It's hard to draw any other conclusion than Fury has priced himself out of the fight.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑09 Mar 2023, 03:36Well there you have it" Even if Usyk took zero, there still wouldn't be enough money to pay Tyson what he wants".big lennox wrote: ↑08 Mar 2023, 19:10 Really good insight into the negotiations with Uysk's promoter:

Why should Usyk take less than a third of the money, he brings 3 belts and watching that even if he fought for free Tyson wouldn't acceptgregregegg wrote: ↑09 Mar 2023, 04:41 Theres enough money in this that if anyone truely wanted it it would be made...
-Usyk could offer to take 30%...
-Fury could offer to take 50%...
I think in either of those situations the fight gets made. and if it dosent the one not accepting is to blame. I think it probably should be 60-40 ish, and so the battle will continue, but if either really wants it they can make it and still make millllions.
Class act. It's easy when you're telling the truth. It must be so frustrating for them.big lennox wrote: ↑08 Mar 2023, 19:10 Really good insight into the negotiations with Uysk's promoter:

that is my conclusion but no doubt there are reasons behind this position :big lennox wrote: ↑09 Mar 2023, 03:50It's hard to draw any other conclusion than Fury has priced himself out of the fight.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑09 Mar 2023, 03:36Well there you have it" Even if Usyk took zero, there still wouldn't be enough money to pay Tyson what he wants".big lennox wrote: ↑08 Mar 2023, 19:10 Really good insight into the negotiations with Uysk's promoter:

Perhaps he will buy the whole town, like a latter-day Larry Holmes. Frankly he’s welcome to it - the place is a complete shit-hole! And I speak as a local to the area.CaptainSpacerod wrote: ↑09 Mar 2023, 07:12 Greedy, grasping, selfish top boxers are ruining the sport with their ridiculous demands,
How many tacky, garish, absurd suits does a married man who lives in Morecambe really need ?
To be fair to Hearn he is just talking about AJ being vastly more courageous than the fighting man's peoples champ, which is clearly the case.
Usyk and Krassyuk have played a blinder so far, staying on Fury's hook long after he's stopped reeling.

I’m not saying he should. I’m saying it’s about a 60-40 because usyk has the belts but Tyson is seen as the number 1 (not me I got em even). My point is if it’s about a 60-40 split, either guy can make the fight by going a bit in the others favour and still make fvckloads.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑09 Mar 2023, 04:51Why should Usyk take less than a third of the money, he brings 3 belts and watching that even if he fought for free Tyson wouldn't acceptgregregegg wrote: ↑09 Mar 2023, 04:41 Theres enough money in this that if anyone truely wanted it it would be made...

Fury isn't asking for a percentage, he's asking for an amount in £'s.gregregegg wrote: ↑09 Mar 2023, 17:11I’m not saying he should. 30% vs fury for undisputed is a lotttt more than 70%vs Joyce or hrg.
(Ps those numbers are no rematch numbers so if ya usyk and win you offer the rematch but 70-30ish your way. And make squillions)
