My first thought. Those American eggs must be of good quality.
Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Jermaine Franklin | DAZN - 1 April 2023 - Don't get KTFO Femi, please don't.
Regardless of the result between Anthony Joshua and Jermaine Franklin......
Anthony Joshua vs Dillian Whyte Stadium fight will BOMB and be half full - probably less.
That's where little Eddie calls the fight off and is humiliated as his cash cow failed
And concedes defeat to Franky W as being the No.1 UK boxing promoter.

Looks like he only went back under VADA testing around the 11th February. So prior to that you’d wonder how efficient UKAD really are at testing athletes who are based in America. It seems like a system open to abuse to me.

The thing is adding a ton of muscle doesn't really help him. Huge muscle bellies will sap all of his oxygen and he'll gas and fade. He should be working harder on building his conditioning and improving his workrate so he can throw more punches a round.polecateddy wrote: ↑16 Mar 2023, 08:53Looks like he only went back under VADA testing around the 11th February. A stadium fight between Joshua v Whyte on DAZN PPV struggled to fill half a stadium and does a few hundred thousand buys.

Joshua's biceps look enormous.
Looks like he's going back to basics by bulking up and will probably be more aggressive as a result.

Undercard Press Release
British heavyweight contender Fabio Wardley will face American Michael Polite-Coffie on the undercard of Anthony Joshua’s clash with Jermaine Franklin at The O2 in London on Saturday April 1, live worldwide on DAZN – as Austin ‘Ammo’ Williams will look to close in on a clash with rival Felix Cash, with ‘Ammo’ meeting River Wilson-Bent before Cash challenges Matteo Signani for the European Middleweight Title.
Cash and Williams have been slated to clash in a big Middleweight battle in 2023, and the fierce rivals will look to rubberstamp that showdown with victories in London. Williams (13-0 9 KOs) fights in the UK for the third time and in his second showing at the Greenwich venue, having stepped through the ropes in his fourth pro fight there in October 2019 and then stopping former World Title challenger Javier Maciel in February 2022 at Alexandra Palace.
The 26 year old, ranked at number three in the WBA, ended 2022 with a pair of ten round wins over Kieron Conway and Simon Madsen, and will be looking for a statement win over Wilson-Bent (14-2-1, 6 KOs), the Coventry man who has boxed for the Commonwealth, WBC Silver and English Titles in the last year.
Cash’s European Title tilt was announced in February, and now his future American foe has been added to the bill, his clash with Signani takes on even more significance as the Wokingham man looks to make up for lost time after enduring a frustrating 2022 in which he picked up two wins.
Italy’s European Middleweight ruler Signani (32-6-3, 12 KOs) landed the title for the first time against Gevorg Khatchikian in Trento back in October 2019 before making successful defences against Maxime Beaussire in 2020 and Ruben Diaz in May 2021. ‘Il Giaguaro’ lost the belt to Anderson Prestot on a technical decision in June last year but avenged that loss in November.
Former British and Commonwealth Champion Cash (16-0, 10 KOs) is looking to add the EBU crown to his collection after enduring a frustrating 2022 in which he picked up two wins. Cash and Williams went face-to-face with him in a fiery ringside encounter in Leeds after Cash’s December outing in Yorkshire.
Wardley (15-0, 14 KOs) is riding high after claiming the vacant British Title in November with a third round stoppage over Nathan Gormley at Wembley Arena in London, and the Ipswich ace returns to the capital for his fourth straight fight and third in that run at The O2, and meets American Polite-Coffie (13-3, 10 KOs) in his first fight of 2023, with the Floridian aiming to hand a first defeat to Wardley, who now has Solomon Dacres breathing down his next for a shot at the coveted Lord Lonsdale belt after he claimed the English Title in Newcastle on Saturday night.
Campbell Hatton (10-0, 3 KOs) is back in action after hitting double figures in Liverpool in March, and the son of British boxing legend Ricky will meet Staffordshire’s experienced Louis Fielding (10-7, 1 KOs) in his first eight round battle in the paid ranks and Essex’s John Hedges (7-0 2 KOs) lands his first eight round clash against Poland’s Daniel Bocianski (11-2, 2 KOs).
The previously announced clash between Craig Richards and Ricards Bolotniks has been postponed after Richards suffered a hand injury.

Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Jermaine Franklin | DAZN - 1 April 2023
Random, unexciting fight for Wardley which should end in an early rounds stoppage.
Good to see one of my faves Campbell Hatton back out too. A lethal body puncher (much like his father) going up against yet another dangerous top 800 fighter. A win here will surely push him into the top 300. The Kid has really come a long way since his debut.
And also, how has Peter Kadiru found himself on this card? He just got KO'd by a random Argentinian fighter in his last outing, so what's the point in having him there?

Kadiru that's a bit random.

Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Jermaine Franklin | DAZN - 1 April 2023
Future Wardley opponent maybe? Also, Kadiru was formerly rated quite highly by the EBU and Wardley is one of the highest ranked of the guys that would actually take a fight for the EBU belt so maybe that's the goal going forward.African Monkey wrote: ↑19 Mar 2023, 16:54 Random, unexciting fight for Wardley which should end in an early rounds stoppage.

Alternatively, he could be an AJ sparring partner so are giving him a spot on the card to flesh it out
Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Jermaine Franklin | DAZN - 1 April 2023
I think he was down to contest the vacant EBU belt at one point.
Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Jermaine Franklin | DAZN - 1 April 2023

I don’t know about the forum, but I’m really looking forward to the Campbell Hatton fight against another non puncher. It’s amazing,, almost like they know how bad he is.

Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Jermaine Franklin | DAZN - 1 April 2023
I've heard rumours (I have a Chipmunk in Louis Molloy's tattoo studio) that he's a soft little f*cker who squeals like hell when he's being inked.

I do find it amusing how they're sort of stuck trying to push him now even though we all know how bad he is. They'll have to pad his record out to about 30-0 before cashing him out, and not chuck him on PEDs after the Conor Benn saga.JamesPhilips wrote: ↑19 Mar 2023, 18:28 I don’t know about the forum, but I’m really looking forward to the Campbell Hatton fight against another non puncher. If Kadiru was undefeated and was having a tune up for a European title shot against Wardley or something, then yeah, I'd see the logic in having him on, but he's already been exposed, Kabayel has the Euro title for about the 12th time, so yeah, what's the point of him being on?
