I really don’t belive the Wilder fight will happen.
Hearn knows he’s cashing Joshua out if it does. Though what options does Joshua have?????
I'm sorry, but you don't know what the fvck you're talking about.
Lol then please put me straight? Will the fight happen? What are Hearn’s plans for Joshua? Do you think the Joshua of today will win vs Wilder?
If the fight happens and I think it will, then Hearn and AJ are taking the fight because they 100% think Joshua will win. I used to swap the odd email with Eddie (although not anymore) and if there's one thing he definitely does, that's back his fighters - sometimes to a fault.
According to BoxRec, AJ is currently the third ranked heavyweight in the world with wins over the #4 and #5. How on earth is him fighting the guy at #7 cashing out?
If for whatever reason the Wilder fight happens, then Ed will schedule Joshua another fight(s). it's as simple as that. Then if the Wilder still doesn't happen, they will look to fight Fury, but Tyson needs to stop going on YouTube and saying (and I'm paraphrasing) 'I'm the top man and you have to sign by tomorrow at 6pm or it ain't happening'. The HUGE fights aren't made quickly, so Fury needs to let the negotiations take there course. I suppose that will depend on how bad he wants it. If Fury really wanted to fight AJ or Usyk, he could have made those fights happen.
Do I think Joshua beats Wilder? Yes, the new measured version of AJ, who doesn't look to bomb everyone out, will wait patiently to land his own rocket and as long as that doesn't happen in the last ten seconds of the round, Wilder's done.
