Yep. I don't think he wanted to continue, but beating the count's beating the count.

I suppose there are circumstances where the ref can infer a lack of desire makes continuation dangerous, but that's on the fighter or corner to make that call for him. When a fighter's not obviously gone, I mean.

Fisheyes ranting about the low blow controversy in the ring. Didn't he do pretty well off Hatton getting away with something similar against Tszyu?

Are we going to rule out the possibility that if the ref started counting when Usyk went down that Usyk just gets up and manages the next few rounds to recover?

What did everyone see that suggests that Dubois would give Usyk a 5 minute pummelling following the shot?

Usyk's covering hand would've made that look lower from a lot of angles.

This is the main thing that proves that everyone saying Dubois should be champ is being biased because they wanted Dubois to win.

Nope
Was the whole of his glove above Usyk's shorts?
He was holding his balls, pretending he was hurt in his balls. Is that different from a footballer’s dive?

No idea what Dubois team is smoking.

Clearly low and not a body shot, ref was instantly on it. The replay and static pics say it all. What we saying, it was only semi low so it doesn't count as a low blow and is a legitimate body shot

It's low. Some of the stills are a few frames different and show the fist a little higher. At the point of impact it's as clear as your hate of the unions in the early 80's.

I disagree with this. I’m no AJ fan, but he was excellent in that second fight, but beaten by someone even better.

His comparative weakness to bodyshots historically and his big reaction to it. Maybe he'd have been able to cover up and ride out Dubois' assault, but none of us know.

Have you ever been in a boxing ring and been punched really hard in the protective equipment?
