Years ago , in fact what now seems like an eternity ago ,, I trained a lad who had a very very good well paid uper management job , he gave it up and got a job on the council , emptying bins , he said the constant running and carrying , emptying them was good for his boxing , no disputing that except the guy , was around 25 , couple of kids , big morgage , big car payments , and was only training he had never had a fight , and whatsmore he had no intention of ever boxing competetive , just liked the training , flash forward , 25 years or so he's progressed he now still works on the council , but stands there with a sign saying stop ---- go and is has fat has buggery

he was, I think he was with Hayemaker a bit, he was very unorthodox and good to watch in the couple of fights I recall watching him.

I liked watching Cook on Sky, horrible back injury to end his career.

He had a bad back injury throughout camp for the fight with Burns and had to retire in first round due to it, and never fought again. Think it was on a scale of a Ryan Burnett type career ender.
