aye, l'll feel a bit dirty and deny it after though. And criticise you for watching it you monster.
I'm beyond shame, also morally bankrupt as I won't be paying for it.
just kidding mate
I know, but when it comes to boxing I really have no shame. I'd watch Tyson fight a pack of transgender midgets if it should come to that. And we all know it could.

It’s really tapping into the naivity of the general public and surprisingly the non boxing press. Lots of idiot journos seem to be getting excited by Tyson hitting the heavy bag and even suggesting the shortened rounds and heavy gloves might protect the inexperienced youngster.

Yeah, and if this is now an actual fight there should be betting odds. This could be another McGregor-Mayweather opportunity.

In decline Tyson was usually exhausted in round 4. If it’s real he shouldn’t be able to get to the finish line.

From https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/boxing/arti ... 03rn52982o :

"The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation said it has conducted a review of Paul and Tyson, evaluating the records to date of both men as well as their medical history before approving the pro fight with "certain waivers". "The safety of the contestants competing in the ring or the octagon is always the primary concern," the TDLR said."

If they will licence this, what wouldn't they licence?

I would imagine this will end in a draw. I cannot believe for a moment, licenced or not, that they won't have pre-agreed the outcome of the fight.

Mike's no fool, why tarnish his brand, by getting beat up by someone he would have iced in 30 seconds in his pomp?

Why tarnish his brand by agreeing to lose.

I would be surprised if UK bookmakers take bets on this fight.

I think he likely believes he can legitimately beat the guy because he's "not a real boxer".

I can't imagine Jake Paul is gonna want to lose to an old man. Of the 2 of them, only he has any future in Boxing whatsoever. Whether it's as a novelty act or whatever, it's still a future in the sport.

I think Jake Paul intends to beat up Mike Tyson to the best of his ability to build "clout" online. Because to the casual fan Mike Tyson is one of the small handful of fighters they've ever heard of.

I fully expect Jake Paul to win the fight, and make a gimmick out of the fact that everyone hates him for beating up the old Legend, and make money for years to come off of people wanting to see him get his block knocked off.

He's already been called out by other retired fighters like Chuck Liddell who he could also draw a crowd with, and who he could also beat.

He's sorta got a new generation Butterbean act going.

Great and Chuck looked worse than Willie Limond when he was dragged into that third sacrifice against Tito after easily knocking him out in his prime. I don't particularly care of us takes Mike's head off, Mike is a buffoon, a lunatic, and needs to become irrelevant, hey, we know he wasn't even an invincible beast in his prime, let alone now, he looks even slower than the Jones exhibition. I think Tyson from Jones exhibition frightens Jake with his explosive ability , watching him not th lads now, yeah the impact is big but you can see it's taking a loooot out of his old body to throw those big books now

Another freak show

Edit:maybe not as big a freak show as this so called spellcheck, takes words spelt correctly and just makes up Its own alternative

If they come out at an agreed pace , Mike will wear it and do ok , experience will carry him through , But the minuite Paul ups the weight , and pace Tysons gonna fold ,

And there Ladies and Gents will be the agreement , a light spar , lots of big winging overhand slaps , , lots of big slaps to the body , and the casual U TUbe fans will lap it up ,, . Choreographed right , its what these punters will want and whats more deserve

I don't think there'll be an agreement. I don't see how it would benefit Jake Paul's career to carry Mike. If he beats Mike, and pisses everybody off that he beat their favorite Legend. He can continue making bank, possibly against other old washed up fighters that don't pose much threat.

Jake's career hasn't really been harmed by a loss, he's not your average career boxer. He's already hugely wealthy anyway.

I'm aware of that, but I don't think he intends to end his career as a Novelty act off the back of the Mike Tyson fight.

I mean they're both making enough funny off of this circus that no matter what they'd be able to comfortably retire for the rest of their lives on it, but Jake Paul is still young, and I think he's enjoying what he's doing now.

I look forward to the day when he's beaten up enough MMA fighters, and washed up old Pugs that he legitimately fancies himself as a badass, and tries to take on a Legit Guy. That'll be fun.

From what I understand, Holyfield has been led to believe he would be involved in little more than an exhibition, and was somewhat surprised when his opponent came out all guns blazing. Holyfield was a late replacement.

I think Paul and Tyson will have a much more well worked agreement, Mike will have good lawyers and management in place.

My son has started training with his mates in his garage , just messing around showing them bits and peices , hitting the bag , letting them have a light spar , i went around too look , watch , and generally just stick my nose in where its not concerned the other day , ( I was bored lol ) .

Anyway , they were having a light spar , but all novices , stiff ackward , ungangly and really just shit the lot of them , so my lad threw me a pair of gloves , and said lets show them old man how its done , . I jumped in and we moved around for 3 by 2 minuite rnds , these guys were super impressed ,

BUT what they did'nt relize was , there was nothing hard , it was at a slow pace to suit me , my lad covering up then my turn , , just a very slow paced light spar , nothing hard to the head ,, ( well not my head anyway ) I'm his dad , he's not allowed to hurt me i'll tell his mam , but when he covered up or when i covered up the bombs would come , i know excatly what he's gonna throw weve done it thousands of times when he was younger .

Anyway point being it was only 2 minuite rnds , it was playing , but his mates were very impressed , facts are though he's young and strong , and if he turned the pace up , he would off had me shelling up and shouting for his mam to come get him inside a rnd , you just get to an age where its just too hard , , and no matter what you say , Tyson is close to that age and Paul is a fit young strong fella ,

Its gonna be choreographed probably end with a heavy body shot either way , but they don't hurt much anyway , well not for long anyway

What i'm trying to say its easy to make it look good , I done it for my ego , my lad done it and carried me for a play around , there doing it for millions , they should do a better and more convincing job

Evening gents. Do people really think it will be choreographed? I'm not saying it will or won't, but I hope it isn't, I hope Tyson banjoes him. Jake is clearly abusing PEDS too which makes it doubly dangerous.

This is a funny one.

There is a lot of money in this fight, so why kick the shit out of each other. In his day this fight would never have happened. Why would a young lad want to kick the shit out of an almost 60 year old bloke? There is no sense in Paul hospitalising Mike Tyson

I'm thinking with the gloves being 16 ounce, the punches will be softer, maybe make a bit of a slapping noise to add to effects.

If Mike was serious in all this why go 2 minutes rounds and wear pillows on his hands?

I think there will be some sort of script for safety reasons. Remember Netflix is showing this live, surely they don't want their reputation destroying too
