In hindsight the fact he was looking at going down a different route probably meant his heart was no longer in boxing.
I still find it surprising that he didn’t fulfil his contract with Warren. I’d have thought he could have made good money in low risk fights for 2 years and still keep his signing on fee which he’ll almost certainly have to give the bulk back to FW.
The majority of routes into finance require years of study and qualifications. Hopefully he’s able to make a success of it.
