I'm a big Bunce fan but his BBC podcast on this fight is a disgrace.

Chatting with Eddie Hearn at length about how he thinks the pyramids were built. We rightly have a go at the YouTube divs for not being serious journalists but this is on a par with that.

Zero probing, zero mention of criticism, zero reason for him being there on the public's pound if he is just going to glaze everyone.

A particularly nauseating part was when, at the end of a typically fawning interview with convicted class A drug supplier Peter Fury, good old Peter says “it’s a good life, humanity matters, people matter more than anything” without even a hint of irony.

Thanks for the background, didn’t know much about him, although saw him get flattened, which makes me think his chin is not going to hold up against a real boxer who knows how to set up and throw a knockout punch. In short, he’s getting trounced.

Yeah, what bizarre scheduling is this? The real heavyweight fight is the one to watch and they put that on first, then follow up with what is bound to be a snoozathon with mogadon Jack Catterall ( cue lots of ringside sheiks looking at their iPhones for 12 rounds ) then the sheeraz mismatch - who looks like he’s the same height as Rico in that lineup - shame on frank putting his man in such a easy fight, as it’s not like he needs protecting
