A particularly nauseating part was when, at the end of a typically fawning interview with convicted class A drug supplier Peter Fury, good old Peter says “it’s a good life, humanity matters, people matter more than anything” without even a hint of irony.veriton wrote: ↑22 May 2026, 08:56 I'm a big Bunce fan but his BBC podcast on this fight is a disgrace.
Chatting with Eddie Hearn at length about how he thinks the pyramids were built. We rightly have a go at the YouTube divs for not being serious journalists but this is on a par with that.
Zero probing, zero mention of criticism, zero reason for him being there on the public's pound if he is just going to glaze everyone.

I'm pretty familiar with Rico as a kickboxer and made what can loosely be described as an audio commentary in video form about him, his overall fighting arc and his prospects tomorrow from my perspective. I'm not one to promote myself, as it were, but it took bloody ages to write my script and it's only received three views so far. It would be an honour if any of you could listen. Thanks for reading.

Can someone confirm the run order? Only order iv seen has torrez vs Sanchez like 4 fights before Usyk? Surly that’s the co main. Might not have a belt but it’s easily the best fight of the card…

I truly can't wait. For all those saying this is a mismatch I don't think it is. I expect a great fight, and I look forward to it immensely.
I've had a wonderful Friday night, and I'm looking forward to a great Saturday of action

Thanks for the background, didn’t know much about him, although saw him get flattened, which makes me think his chin is not going to hold up against a real boxer who knows how to set up and throw a knockout punch. In short, he’s getting trounced.LloydVanDams wrote: ↑22 May 2026, 17:02 I'm pretty familiar with Rico as a kickboxer and made what can loosely be described as an audio commentary in video form about him, his overall fighting arc and his prospects tomorrow from my perspective. Yeah, what bizarre scheduling is this? The real heavyweight fight is the one to watch and they put that on first, then follow up with what is bound to be a snoozathon with mogadon Jack Catterall ( cue lots of ringside sheiks looking at their iPhones for 12 rounds ) then the sheeraz mismatch - who looks like he’s the same height as Rico in that lineup - shame on frank putting his man in such a easy fight, as it’s not like he needs protecting
Re: Oleksandr Usyk vs. Rico Verhoeven | DAZN - 23 May 2026
I look forward to, and expect Rico to give Usyk a better fight than Dubois did in either of their fights. He may not equal Joshua or Fury's efforts, but I'll bet he can match and better the effort of Dubois.MightyWarrior wrote: ↑23 May 2026, 02:32Thanks for the background, didn’t know much about him, although saw him get flattened, which makes me think his chin is not going to hold up against a real boxer who knows how to set up and throw a knockout punch. Is this on UKish time? I’ve been Egypt once and can’t remember it being a long flight (4 hrs ish) so don’t know if this means it’ll be earlier or later than normal?
