FW has alledgedly offered David Haye his biggest purse yet to take on Enzo Macarenelli on July 21 with no options.
Didn't David make it clear that he would take on Enzo as long as the fight was signed by a certain date?
SN obviously didn't fancy it, so David moved up to heavy....
Suprise, suprise now David's added the muscle, SN have sprung an offer to fight in 6 weeks time. SN obviously feel slightly more confident because
they know David will have to lose so much muscle tissue in such a short time....
All very predictable, really....

nothing new...
the 'unscrupulous' people with vested interests in 'their own need and fighters', even selling out their own people (nation)...
a 'L-HW' for nearly 3 years, 'officially' for 2 years, lose approx 9lbs in as many days, 'still' 6lbs over 2 days before the fight, dry-out for 48 hrs and then step in the ring with "NO Macarenelli," but rather the immortal Marcel Cerdan...
try that for next to 'impossible'...

Is'nt the Mormeck-Haye fight going to purse bids at around the date of Fwanks offer for a fight with Macca?
Haye has bigger fish to fry.Macca holds nothing for him now.
Haye has a fight with THE number 1 cruiserweight in the world, what can Enzo offer compared to that exactly?
Fwank full of usual bollocks

Frank had his chance to make the fight and he fcuked it up. He can't really expect Haye to bypass his shot at the Cruiser champion to take on Enzo.
I really hope Haye and Enzo get it on at some point as it will be great for British boxing and it'll be particularly appealing to the casual fan as the fight can be billed as a guarenteed KO, but I'd be amazed if it happens prio to the Mormeck bout (esp 21/07)

when the original deal for Haye to fight Enzo was put together, all that was left to do was for Haye to sign on the dotted line.
There was a time and place for this to happen, yet when Haye failed to show, it emerged that he had jetted out to the States a day earlier despite clearly stating that he would be there to sign.
People who don't know the facts should learn to keep it shut. It was Haye running scared, with Enzo having signed as soon as the contract was put in front of him.

Mormeck is a FAR more daunting prospect than Enzo ever will be,so your running scared nonsense does'nt hold up I'am afraid.
I love these mysterious posters that seem to echo everything Fwanky comes out with
Anyway, what with the fight against Braithwaite(who hits harder than Lee Swaby I would imagine
Thanks for that Mr 101.101boxing wrote:caster wrote:FW has alledgedly offered David Haye his biggest purse yet to take on Enzo Macarenelli on July 21 with no options.

Did SN want options then? I'm sure Team Haye said they did.

This guy is very obviously boxingchat!! same defensive stance against any warren bashing and self righteous 'If your not in the business then you cant have an opinion' attitude.caster wrote:Thanks for that Mr 101.101boxing wrote:caster wrote:FW has alledgedly offered David Haye his biggest purse yet to take on Enzo Macarenelli on July 21 with no options.

Enzo seems like a decent fella and i have nothing against him, he is a good boxer, potentially world class but not quite yet. However he is the epitomy of a paper champion. As far as i remember he impressively KO'd fringe operator Dominguez for the WBO interim strap and basically inherited the title proper when Johnny Nelson handed it over after the knee injury. His first defence was against Mark Hobson, an honest, hardworking pro but strictly British level and shouldn't really have been let anywhere near a "world" title, plus a man Enzo had already beaten previously. He duely dispatched him in a round, we didn't see that coming granted.
Then he accommodates one of the worst "world title" challengers in the history of world title events on British soil. Even allegedly was quoted in Boxing News as saying he thought Gunn would give Enzo at least 3 rounds. At least 3 fornicating rounds??? Since when did you bring in a world title challenger to give anyone at least 3 rounds? For goodness sake, anyway Enzo KO'd him in 1 in what was a forgone conclusion the minute the contracts were signed.
Hence thus far...a paper champion. Haye has "only" won the European so far, but counting Gurov, Johanneson and Fragomeni i say he is already in a higher position and has arguably achieved more. He is after all challenging Mormeck next for the No. 1 spot in the division.
