If I was David Haye, I wouldn't be interested in that useless lot of HW's myself.

I don't think it will make a blind bit of difference. The loss would get put down to weight-making difficulties and his career would progress in the same as if he'd beat Mormeck.

By the way, Haye is going to Knock Mormeck The Fcuk Out!!!!

Sure he's have that excuse, and he'd move up to heavy aqnyway, but he's not going to get an immediate HW title shot coming off a loss for the cruiser title. In which case, he may well get in with the domestic heavies.

The way I understood what Haye said was that he was moving onto the World scene (not necessarily straight into a title shot) and was going to bypass the British HW merry go round altogether, but as you say if hes having a couple of buildling fights at HW he may as well spark Skelton or Danny as some yank.

I wonder if Haye will go and base himself in the states when he moves upto HW or whether he'll just ship opponents in?

I wouldnt mind seeing Haye v Skelton but Haye v any of the others doesnt appeal - I cant see a loss against Mormeck doing him too much harm and the excuse for losing would be obvious - Its such a close fight anyway so if Haye does well and loses he will still move up to HW with his reputation intact - If he wins he will move up as a star and potential two weight world champion - Good luck to him, hes our best hope at HW.
