Are you competing in a tournament? Did you enter into the wrong weight class?

get some albolene moisturizing cleanser and put it all over your body when u run or do a cardio workout. it should help u sweat alot. drink only water and eat small snacks throughout the day but make sure its not junk. dont eat any snacks before u go to sleep. try to eat some chicken and veggies. stay off the noodles rice and potatoes.. thats all i can think of for now. oh yea and like someone said earleir run run and run.

Possible MMA? Not pro but early weigh in. Gotta go with "boxing4life" on this one.

Go ahead and dehydrate yourself to make weight. It is not healthy and you will be weak. Luckily you have a day to rehydrate somewhat.

What 14 national championships did you win? And, if this is correct, at your elite level you should (1) know better and (2) know how to make weight. I have my doubts...........

Chew a giant bag of skittles and spit every last drop of saliva and candy out. You should be able to cut up to 2 lbs that way.

Chewing and spitting a giant bag of skittles is very dangerous and should not be done. Dont say I didnt warn you.

Obviously it wasn't the spelling bee nationals, and I thought your name was Dennis, Jack.

Hi Ally - it's same day weigh in here for amateur bouts, too. I think our 14-time-national-champ is putting us on.
