Manila's crime rate went right down last Sunday as most of the 82 million Filipinos were glued to their television and radio sets to watch Manny Pacquiao, the police said.
The Philippines National Police Headquarters said incidents of crime that day dropped significantly compared with statistics culled from previous weekends.
"According to the reports we received, only 24 incidents occurred last Sunday," said officer in charge Ricardo de Leon.
Not bad for a city the size of Manila.

Barrera has had Tapia on his shorts for as long as I can remember. I'm pretty sure it's got nothing to do with Johnny.
