Leaving aside the merits of Fury as a challenger (he is the mandatory) the WBO only state that officials have to be appointed from an approved list. If the two parties have agreed to neutral officials in their contract then that is nothing to do with either the Board or the WBO...

No, just a realist that doesn't rely on pissing and moaning before a fight of a robbery. This is a mismatch that shouldn't matter. Parker is B level and Fury is C at best.
