Top Rank has been pretty open about Loma ducking Haney. Of course, they don't openly say ducking, but 'we're not going to fight Haney before Loma faces the IBF winner' + 'Loma is moving right back to 130 after next fight' = you know what it is
TBH, from their perspective they are making clearly the right move.
I don't think Loma is a ducker, his team might be a little bit cautious. Anyway, we will know soon.................

True. Haney would quite possibly take his head clean off.

Yet you start a thread about Davis ducking him? What makes it different? I agree that loma would fight anyone. Tank fears nothing after where he came from. One of the worst spots you can imagine.

I did not claim that Tank would duck Loma. I mean about Tank's team, there is a great difference.
I watched that video. A lot of emphasis on pulling muscles. Aren't pushing muscles more relevant to boxing? I attribute my punching strength largely to pushups, but I was old school. I like that thing with the wheels where he pushes out with his feet. I tried it a couple of times, not one like that which I've never seen, but the one with the wheel. The one I did later on was - I'm bad at names - ab wheel or something - I just called them wheelies - the wheel that you push out in front of you with your hands. It's a very inexpensive device and excellent for the abs. But back when I was boxing it was situps I did...until I swtched to isometric ab contractions and found it to be at least as effective and safer, but maybe that was because I had already built up my ab muscles with situps.

I’m not sure why anyone would think Loma’s ducking Haney...winning belts equals more long term money.... Loma’s quicker, impeccable aim with punches, Getting the crazy angles...watch this video..

I agree that Lomassiah is not ducking Haney, yet. Haney is ready though. Does not mean that he would win, although I think that Haney is all wrong for Loma.

The original intent of Loma moving back to 130 was to get a fight with Davis if I remember right. If this happens now that Davis is at 135 it makes you wonder. Haney can barely make 135 so him going to 130 isn't happening.

This is just a small sample of the conditioning workouts and programs Devin is involved in. If you really want to get a better cross-section of the big picture then Haney has his own video channel available on YouTube:

If he is ready, lets find out! Loma, Mikey Garcia, T. Lopez, Ryan Garcia?
