Mt. Kumgang .. absolutely amazing.
Even our 'guide' who more or less stood one step behind us the whole time was great .. but like Iran, living there by their rules is another matter.

So Bob won’t work with MTK and Probellum. Will be easier said than done for him as I can’t see Conlan/Fury and co dropping MTK as a management company.
I assume ESPN will no longer show the MTK shows so perhaps there won’t be enough money to support the shows going forward.
I wonder if Eurosport/Discovery will continue to show the Probellum shows.

I think the feds could act after Fury Whyte and either freeze money off people or press some charges. It's interesting that they did all this a week before that fight. This is a heavyweight title fight on the grandest scale. A good way to make an example and set a precedent. If they let that fight go ahead and there are no repercussions afterward, then MTK should be able to move along as usual and Kinahan could do this advisor thing through intermediaries. I don't see the feds going to this much trouble and then being passive. They are on the attack. I could be wrong and the timing is just coincidence.

How is that an example of corrupt police? The criminal gangs are above the law and that's just the way it is. They can break the law and get away with it, even to the point of murder. Every police force will have some corruption as it's just part of human nature and statistically you will get some corrupt people in a sample size.

It’s likely all true.
Probably, he clearly loves boxing and it's the perfect sport for him to indulge in Sports Washing/ Money Laundering so I'd guess the majority of fighters are treated very well, particularly the big name ones.
It doesn't make him a good guy or make his involvement with the sport okay though.
There's probably people out there who met Jimmy Saville and only had a positive experience, it doesn't fix what he's done.

Quite a few people in the orbit of Harvey Weinstein eventually did show deep remorse for effectively being blind to the bad behavior because the opportunities and riches were so great. I'm not sure the people in this guy's orbit have either the intelligence or self-awareness for a similar catharsis.
