2 irish heavies on boxrec is crazy to me. ya the irish population is small but that doesnt stop them from having many good fighters at other weights. very good ams too.
uk has 59 active hws, about 30x that of ireland despite having only 13x the population
Yes but realisticly , how many of that 59 would be of African , Jamaicn descent , bigger guys geneticly how many are white from UK background opposed to irish background ,, i would'nt really know but would guess , take away black heavyweights in the UK from african , carribean backgrounds , and i doubt we would be too far in front of irish heavyweights

The city Irish seem to be smaller but the farmers/countryside folk are often gigantic. Know plenty of 6'3 plus fellas from that way, my farming family included

Average height of an Irish man is 5ft 10, same as UK average. And 20th out of 200 countries so a bit of a myth that Irish people are hobbits. Although my father is from Fermanagh and a shortarse.
