If anyone is questionably gay it has to be you and that other fellow who kept talking about men's asses around here. I am a boxing purist and the lineal title has always mattered all the way back to James Figg.![]()
the lineal obsession shows the insecurity around the fury bois. instead of actually talking about who he's beaten, which could give him a fine argument in its own right, you go to that utterly crap lineal nonsense, because big daddy usyk has 3 belts to fury's 1. it's okay brah, it's not the end of the world
Who made Wlad the man? Wasn't Vitali the man? Or Stiverne?Finkel wrote: ↑20 Apr 2023, 11:02No he didn't.HomicideHenry wrote: ↑19 Apr 2023, 23:34It don't matter what arguments you have because at the end of the day Tyson Fury defeated the man who defeated the man who defeated the man. Tyson Fury defeated the man who defeated Ruslan Chagaev.
It's pretty weak sauce.

My sarcastic point was more that it becomes subjective when selecting the man when they didn't beat the man. There is no continuous lineal chain of heavyweight champions up to this day. Even the first lineal champions are to some degree subjective as there may be some differing opinion on 'the man'.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑20 Apr 2023, 11:48No.
Was never Vitali. Unless it was him up until his retirement.
Some claim Wlad became ‘the man’ after he beat Chagaev, which was considered by many as #1 vs. #2..
And others believe Wlad became ‘the man’ after he beat Povetkin, which was considered #1 vs. #2.
Either way, I think it is fair to say, through his dominance, Wlad was the man by the time Fury fought him.

Bakole Vs Shevadzutskyi
*Rozanski Vs Babic
Kossobutskiy Vs TBA
Possibly Wardley Vs Clarke
Any more?
Bakole beating Hulk neither.
Forgot about that one. Have to say though, Kuzmin has only lost to Bakole and Hunter while getting wins over Price and Dawejko which might not mean much on the face of it but should Huni beat Kuzmin he's probably joined the rest of the 15-25 ranked group who are 1 win away from the top 15. Probably the same should Kuzmin pull off the win aswell.CMCanavessi wrote: ↑21 Apr 2023, 08:29 Huni vs Kuzmin also, June 3. Not that it matters much, but good prospect.
ooh solid matchup for huni at this stageCMCanavessi wrote: ↑21 Apr 2023, 08:29 Huni vs Kuzmin also, June 3. Not that it matters much, but good prospect.
