But you're right he's since bulked at the cost of fat. I'd expect him to rematch Ngannou in better form, but then Ngannou might be technically improved.
From Usyk's talk it sounds like he's set to peak in December, so I'm sure Queensberry's plan is to drag it as long as possible with VADA enforcement. Also gives Fury some much-needed time to sort out his fitness.

The December 23rd date was always conditional on how Fury came through the Ngannou fight.
Fury-Usyk now more likely to take place during the first quarter of next year.

“Usyk’s a sausage," Fury told Sky Sports this week. “I expect it to be taking place in December, that’s what I’ve been told, so I’ve got no reason to disbelieve it. Usyk has to fight me in December, doesn’t have a choice. He signed the contract, so if he doesn’t, he’s breached contract and he gets sued. So he doesn’t really have a choice.”
but usyk geting sued if he doesnt fight in december!

I reckon his best shape was July 2015, in the Wlad fight. Mind you there was Nandrolone in his system in February 2015! Not much power in that fight but plenty of cardio.
I think that fight was his peek. Boring though it was, it was still a 12 round display of super sharp skills.
It's no wonder he ducked the rematch, he would be lucky pulling that off twice.
There were no skills whatsoever on display in that fight. There was one fighter that stared, and one that stared a little less. That's it.
Worst Heavyweight Championship fight ever.

Also gives Fury some much-needed time to sort out his fitness.
Being fit is a lot different to being competition fit.
You can be fit enough to ride a bike 100miles and average 20mph doing your own pace, but when you race 40miles and start fast and need to react to others you can be blown out within 10miles.
Fury's physique tells you all you need to know about the short cuts he has been taking with his fitness. His stamina will bear the brunt of that.
Despite the Fury myth of great engine and stamina, the reality is he fights at his own plodding pace. There is no way he could keep up the work rate AJ did against Usyk in both fights .. that near 20st will be blown before half way.

Fury said during an interview with IFL TV yesterday the Usyk fight date has nothing to do with him, the promoters sort that out, or something along those lines. Then in an interview on Boxing-Social yesterday Uncle Fwank is quoted saying..... "Tyson never looks for excuses. The next fight is a huge fight, for all four of the belts, and he needs to decide when that can happen.”
Fury talking p*sh as usual then.

Fury has always called the shots over fWank regarding his career.
What will decide it is if the Saudi`s withdraw the big money, which will then influence if the WBC threaten to strip him .. that could force him to fight in December.
Usyk appeared the bigger crowd favourite over Fury too. Will the Saudis be positioning to get Usyk the belts and then line him up to fight Ngannou for next years Riyadh season .. even the Saudis must have seen Fury is on borrowed time.

The Fury Usyk status is bizarre imo - both Fury (yesterday in an interview with Kuga) and Usyk have stated they have a contract for Dec 23.
Fury is in woeful shape, boxed woefully vs Ngannou and is saying he's going to go into the biggest fight of his life, for all the belts, with a 7 or 8 week training camp?
Warren meanwhile is giving interviews saying Fury needs time for his injuries to heal, which is far as i can see, is only really a black eye? I suspect Warren knows he needs a longer camp to improve on that showing vs Ngannou.

Not sure how Fury is ever going to be properly trained for the 23rd, even without the Ngannou fight he wasn't prepared for the 23rd at all by the look of him

......But the WBC and
Warren thats different , both have
sold there integrity to be part of this clowns circus
'Allegedly' done this years and years ago....this is the guy who tried to convince us that Dmitry Salita was 'a big puncher'....
…. And the WBC have never had integrity.
Will create a new belt for any contest, just for the coin and publicity.
And as predicted, I hear they are going to rank Ngannou now.
The WBC broke their own rules for this fight. That's nothing new, they broke them when SRL fought Donnie Lalonde.

From the man himself, he only needs 6 weeks training to beat Usyk. So no excuses.

I have seen that pic before. It's always been flagged as not even being Tyson Fury.
Like that clip of a boxer being sparked out in the ring who looks very much like Tyson Fury (facially similar only)

Fury is very constipated, that's why his belly sticks out so far.

He’ll never be in proper fighting shape again. He’s in it purely for the money and surrounded by family that ponce off him and tell him how wonderful he is.
Look at his legs now, the fella weighs 275 and they are like twigs. He just does the minimum to get himself through a fight and then kids the world he’s had a tough training camp. It’s all a con with him.
There’s a video of him out for a run with his fat pudendum father and they’re trotting along at barely above walking pace. It’s embarassing.

That picture with him wearing gloves shows February 2015 just before the Christian Hammer fight .. in his nandrolone days.
*I still not convinced the other pic is actually Tyson Fury.

As Fury said himself 'I could drink 25 pints and beat Ngannou."
Clearly took it lightly. Paid the price.
I still think he can get back in shape, and has a good shot to beat Usyk
Ngannous size, strength and his greater expertise in the clinch, took away many of Furys usual strengths, and had obviously been well drilled on boxing fundamentals going in.
Fury will need to be much sharper even so to beat Usyk, the question is, does Fury have the desire and the hunger, I'm not convinced he has.

Usyk's victories over AJ were of the 115-113 and 116-112 margin right?
So that would mean Fury would only need to do a little bit better to retain his title. It's hard to imagine he's not capable of that, that being said as of this moment I still favor Usyk.
