Okay, give me a match-up where a consensus lesser fighter beats a better one based on something you perceive…

This is not a thread about Hagler-Monzon, Leonard-Griffiths, Tunney-Moore, etc… where it’s acceptable to debate that either one would/could win.

This is a thread about why you think Jersey Joe Walcott beats Ali, or Tim Witherspoon beats Foreman…

I don't know if he would win, but; I'd be interested to see a prime Hopkins take on a prime Jones Jr. I think Hopkins would have enough to push at least a draw.
Not sure I'd rate Hopkins below Jones. They're too close really...

I'd back Michael Moorer in his 175 days to beat Jones for the sake of this thread.
