I'm new to the Boxrec forums but have been told you lads are a better bunch than some of the other forums so here i am.
I'm looking for some advice. I've recently recovered from a pretty horrific hand injury that stopped me boxing, I have never had an amatuer fight was just training with a view to fighting. Now i'm back in the gym hoping to start up an amatuer record this year. Trouble is when i was at the peak of my fitness i was in an around the 14st mark, Since my hand injury and subsequent 12 months sat on my ar$e i've put on 2.5 st.
Has anyone any advice on things i can be doing and suppliments I can take to accompany my training (legal of course) which can help me shift some of this chod i've aquired over the last 12 months.
Anything would be appreciated.
