yeah on his recent performances that would make alot of sense, he may become a holyfield if he carries on much longer.
Most German fighters see sense and know when to quit before the rot sets in, i hope Dariusz is the same although wouldn't the psychological effects of losing his 49th bout be playing on his mind and maybe he is looking for some kind of redemption. I personally cannot believe Gonzalez was the choice of foe for his historic record equalling fight, no one would have thought any less of him surely had he picked a sitff to roll over and the result was in the bag. He must be commended for picking Gonzalez but it was a dangerous choice, i think Nelson on top form would be able to beat todays "remains" of DM but which Nelson will turn up?
If Nelson can get DM anywhere near a ring he should jump at this fight.
Masively winnable for a motivated Nelson and it would prove an excellent scalp/bargaining tool.
Styles make fights and Jonny would bust up and possibly stop (due to swelling/cuts) what remains of DM.
