protein shakes?

Post by el_grande_mauro_mina »

Are protein shakes a part of your diet? Which brand do you use? If you don't use them then why not?

I use Met-Rx and they are pretty good. I also use Met-Rx creatine.

Use with water or milk?

I've never been able to keep on the shakes because they turn my stomach.

Milk for slow release (at night).

Cranberry juice for quick release (the body absorbs it quicker than water). Tastes fornicating rank. But suck it up, Ladyboy.

Had one last night after the gym. Did the milk for slow release like the doctor ordered and it weren't actually that bad.

Think it was because of all the lumps I used to leave in that it taste so bad.

I go half skim milk and half water. Anywhere from 2-4 shakes per day. I just love shakes so much because they are easy, quick, healthy and cheap. Eating real, healthy food is always the best but that can get expensive and time consuming. You can take a shake down in 10 seconds and be good for a least a few hours until your next feeding. This is my favorite shake because its lactose free and never have I had any stomach issues with it. Cheers :TU:
