After all, there is no good 'boxing' reason to outlaw draws; but a push in gambling, well that's a whole other matter, it means the bookies don't collect, so they don't get their off-the-top money, (for handling the book) and less money gets kicked upstairs to the mob; every draw is just that much more money the mob doesn't get. Draws needed to go.
If anyone can come up with a better (boxing) reason why The City Boxing Commission of Cleveland outlawed draws, lay it on me.
