Snacking more regularly instead of pigging out? Things like nuts supress the appetite and fill you up a bit?

Also James Mcdonnell suggests getting wankered on white wine every night!

YOu have got to do it the right way Bill, or you will be too weak for the contest. If you lose too much too quickly you will cannibalise your muscle and will be weak and lethargic.

I would recommend five or six small meals per day, and some early morning weight training, squats, shoulder press, push ups etc to get your metabolism going every morning.

Depending on your length of fight I would run four days a week, no more and only for about 20 mins - half an hour with plenty of sprints involved.
Take a set of dumbells with you to the park and find a hill. Sprint up it swinging the dumbells in an exagerrated thrusting motion.

I would add this to your regualr boxing training, and would estimate that you will add some muscle and lose fat, ending up at about 17 1/2 stone. I wouldnt worry about the weight too much. Train hard and eat well. What you weighh is what you will weigh, but if you train hard and eat properly you should be fit strong and sharp after 9 weeks.

If you want a recommended diet plan let me know.

Can't believe anyone is seriously advising you of diet plans for less than two months based on your self confessed pie addiction. Cancel any kind of fighting at all, you have to be dedicated if you seriously wanna avoid getting hurt! How tall are you??

Cancel any kind of fighting ???? this man is an ABA champion so maybe he knows a little bit more about fighting than you realise. Asking a bit of advice isnt a crime mate Billy obviously knows how to fight he is not asking guidance on that matter just a little bit of nutriational help so if you are not educational in this field mate why reply.

As a fellow pie addict myself... I found the more you weigh, the more you can lose in a short space of time while training and eating. I see no problems in getting down to 17 stones in 9 weeks. :TU:

Condition is more important, plenty of gym work and sensible eating.
No point looking good if there's no energy

First thing to do, contract a dose of the sh*ts - you'll clean your system out in to to three days and its amzing how much fiter you'll feel for it - your stomach will also contract which should help you combat the worst of any Ginsters crazings...

Are you Danny
Are you Danny in disguise

Getting below 18 stones seems a reasonable target, if you're intending on giving it some hammer. (17st 13lb is my pick)

Regarding tips to lose weight, try catching this sickness and diarrhoea bug thats going about, it worked a treat for me
