Tonights big fight between Pavlik and Taylor, although the fight is at a catchweight 166lbs, the WBC have said they will santion the fight, and award the winner with a medal.
So both boxers have to pay a fee, why would they stand for this?
I really don't understand it.
Its just a case of the WBC trying to cash in on a big fight
The WBC con more sanctioning fees

Yes, maybe we could set up a catchweight world championship body.steve689 wrote:The $10,000 fee is worth it. After all the winner gets a WBC medal. What is wrong with you people!!
£10,000 per fight from each boxer. not a bad nights work.
