English "Bouie" Fisher (June 1, 1928 – June 30, 2011) was a Philadelphia, PA, USA, based trainer who is best known for working with World Middleweight Champion Bernard Hopkins. He has also trained lightweight contender Ivan Robinson and heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman.
He was named the World Boxing Hall of Fame's Trainer of the Year for 2001.
Fisher passed away on June 30, 2011 following a long illness.
