Columbus Lowman

In 1947 Columbus Lowman of Buffalo, NY won the New York Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions by a split-decision at welterweight vs. Paddy Grimes, on the basis of aggressiveness, according to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
