According to WBO Asia Pacific February 2010 rankings, the title was vacant (& had been so in previous months), with Pirog ranked # 5, therefore, it was inserted as such.
However, when Pirog's manager/promoter German Titov sighted this, he promptly got onto WBO, which in turn notified BoxRec that Pirog was still the reigning champ, albeit hadn't defended the title since December 2008.
