Egon Thomsen beat Ali Amrane by DQ in round 5 of 8

After 5 rounds of passivity from Ali Amrane (0-21-1) the referee disqualified him. The Algerian could still boast of a record with no KO- or TKO defeats.

Amrane retired in 1964 with a 2-40-6 record. Was never stopped in his career. He debuted in 1949 and fought a couple of European champs, from Livio Minelli and Charles Humez to Bo Hogberg and Jupp Elze.
