- Located at Mt. Royal and Iberville.
- Opened June 10, 1932, and staged boxing shows well into the 1930s.
- It was covered by an umbrella top in "gay colors" of oiled canvas, and reinforced by heavy wood. It was the first open-air boxing venue in Canada. The longest distance between any seat and the ring was 72 feet.
